Why EFM Summer Camp?

Snack, water bottle, and curiosity. We will provide a snack, but if your kid is a picky eater, he/she may prefer their own snack.

Your child should wear clothing suitable for messy activities. Please no flip-flops.

Yes. We use inclusive strategies and encourage families to discuss individual needs with us.

No, the use of technology, including electronic devices, is prohibited during camp. We encourage a screen-free environment to enhance the hands-on and interactive nature of our activities. 

This does not include communication devices.

Emergency Situations: For cancellations made less than 30 days before the camp start date, up to 14 days before camp due to a documented emergency (e.g., illness, family emergency), families may request:

• A 50% refund upon submission of supporting documentation.

Examples of acceptable documentation include:

• A doctor’s note for medical-related issues.

• Proof of a family emergency, such as an obituary or other relevant paperwork.

Requests for emergency credits or refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the camp start date.

If EFM Educational Consultants (EFM) Cancels:

If EFM cancels a camp due to low enrollment or emergency purposes, families will receive a 100% refund minus any processing fees.

How to Cancel: To cancel your registration, email us at info@efmeducation.com with your child's name, camp session details, and the reason for cancellation. For emergency cancellations, please include the required documentation with your request.
